for exploring medinas and historical sites
- Warm layers or a jacket, especially for cool evenings in the mountains and desert (even in warmer months)
- Lightweight clothing
for daytime, ideally breathable and modest
- Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreen
- Swimwear, if your accommodations include a pool or spa
- Scarf or shawl
for sun protection or visits to religious sites
- Reusable water bottle
to stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste
- Personal toiletries, including any specific products you may need in rural areas
- Small backpack or day bag
for daily essentials and excursions
- Power adapter(Morocco uses Type C and E plugs – 220V)
- Camera or smartphone
to capture the incredible scenery and moments
- Cash in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
for local purchases, small tips, and markets (many places do not accept cards)
