Not wheelchair accessible
Due to uneven terrain, narrow alleys, and stairs at both kasbahs, this experience is not suitable for travelers using wheelchairs.
Moderate physical activity required
Expect walking on rocky paths, climbing steps, and some uphill walking—especially at Ait Ben Haddou.
Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility
The terrain can be challenging, especially in hot weather.
Infant seats available upon request

The kasbahs and valleys have uneven paths and steps—closed-toe shoes or hiking sandals are ideal.

The sun can be strong, especially at higher altitudes and in the open desert areas.
A wide-brimmed hat or cap
Essential for sun protection during the day, especially when exploring outdoors.
Light layers
Mornings and evenings in the mountains can be cool, while midday temperatures can be warm—layering is key.

Stay hydrated throughout the day. We encourage reducing plastic waste.
